This is now implemented, cho. Chooseose deleted banners in the filter. Deleted banners cannot be accessed, they can only be restored and then be managed as usual banners.

CookieScript Thank you, i discovered that the link of the deleted banners can still be valid and reachable by the user.
If deleted can still be accessed, though it is not visible on the dashboard.
